As Nurse Manager, you lead the adolescent psychiatric unit and ensure quality care around the clock. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Current RN license in Oregon (or ability to obtain) BLS certification (AHA) 5 years of nursing experience, including progressive leadership roles Preferred Master’s degree in a related field Formal training in management, finance, or administration National certification in your clinical specialty Prior management experience
