License: Must have license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS
Must-Have: Recent Home Health experience Description: Home health
visits with patients in their homes. Periodic office meetings are
required. Reliable transportation is necessary. Current driver’s
license and agency-required liability insurance are mandatory.
Average number of patients per day is 5-6. Contractor will be
assigned between 5-10 patients per day. Each type of visit and
activity holds a different point value. Contractor is expected to
achieve roughly 28-30 points per week. Types of cases include Start
of Care and Follow Ups. No first-timers are accepted; recent Home
Health experience is required. Weekend requirements may vary per
location and profession, to be discussed during the interview.
Willingness to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic is a
must. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS Standard rate. Travel
compensation is provided from patient to patient. Commute to and
from the first and last patient are not billable. Local candidates
are accepted at the same rate. No pending license will be accepted;
must have license in hand. The contract does not guarantee hours.
The clinician must meet weekly productivity expectations to
maintain financial viability. Documentation must be completed
within 24 hours of the appointment. All documentation delays can
impact billing and follow-up care. The clinician must accept every
patient on the schedule regardless of distance. Declining patients
may result in cancellations. Understanding of the job expectations
