summary: The Speech Language Pathologist provides specialized
evaluation and treatment for patients with speech and language
disorders, focusing on individual patient needs to maximize
independence. This role requires a master’s or higher degree in
speech/language pathology, relevant licensure in Oregon, and
certification in basic life support. Employed in a healthcare
setting, this position involves patient-focused care within a

here The Speech Therapist manages and provides skilled
speech/language pathology to patients/clients with a wide variety
of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual
patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in
patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional
consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in
accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program. Or Ph.D. From an
accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program. Or equivalent
educ/experience. Coursework/Training Specialized speech/language
pathology training to meet a particular department need. Upon hire:
Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License. Upon hire: National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Occasionally a position
will require specialized speech/language pathology experience to

range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
