Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Seaside, OR Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,597 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – PACU Registered Nurse – Oregon Coast Start Date: January 19, 2026 Location: Seaside, Oregon Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Monday through Thursday day shifts with shared on-call rotation (typically 2 days per week plus weekend rotation). Weekend call rotation runs Friday 06:30 to Monday 06:30. Highlights: Blended Pre-Anesthesia and PACU unit within a 23-bed Critical Access Hospital Diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedic, gynecology, ophthalmic, endoscopy, and C-sections Epic charting system with interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services and Rapid Response Teams 3 procedure rooms with 9-bed recovery capacity and average daily census of 6.7 patients Patient population spans pediatrics through geriatrics First-time travelers welcome; pending license accepted Requirements: Active Oregon RN license (or pending) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Proficiency in both pre-anesthesia and post-anesthesia care (Phase I and Phase II PACU) Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS Epic charting experience required Experience with pain assessment and management, malignant hyperthermia protocol, and medication reconciliation Must have reliable personal vehicle for this assignment Two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the unique experience of working in a combined pre-op and PACU environment within a Critical Access Hospital setting on the beautiful Oregon coast.
