Description The MRI Tech performs Magnetic Resonance
examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated
MRI equipment, taking into account an individual patient special or
age-related needs. Utilizes knowledge and judgment in regard to
imaging factors, imaging technique and patient treatment needed to

to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Upon
hire: Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License Or
Upon hire: Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist Temporary
License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National
Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Or
Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certified MRI
Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Technologists Upon hire: New graduates must have OBMI temporary
license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire. Why
