Job Description:
Description RN – Long Term Care at Providence Child Center in
Portland, Oregon. This posting represents a full time day shift
position. Hours are 7am-7:30pm (3, 12 hour shifts), with rotating
weekends and holidays. $6,000 hiring bonus and relocation
assistance for eligible external hires that meet required
qualifications and conditions for payment Our Long-Term Care unit
within the Child Center has a total of 46 beds, serving both
pediatric and adult patients. We care for a unique and diverse
population of medically fragile individuals, ranging from children
with complex developmental and neurological conditions to adults
with chronic illnesses and disabilities. Some of our residents
require long-term ventilator support, tracheostomy care, and all
require some assistance with activities of daily living. Our team
is deeply committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered

or coaching sessions per eligible member per year Accountable for
direct and indirect quality care for resident, according to the
individualized needs of the resident, following the nursing process
and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Accepts professional
development as an integral part of nursing practice. Coordinates
resident care activities with other members of the health care
team, and supervises the nursing care given. Providence caregivers

of nursing. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

criminal background check is required for this position. Preferred
