Dates: June 24 - 28 June 29-30 (call) July 1-5 July 8-12 July 22-26
July 27-28 (call) July 29-Aug 2 Aug 5-9 Aug 19-23 Aug 24-25 (call)
Aug 26-30 Sept 2-6 Hours: 7 am - 3 pm / Call hours: 3 pm - 7 am
Call Scheduled? Every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend
Supervision: All CRNA practice Types of Cases Required: General,
ORTHO, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain Mgmt, OB/GYN, ENT, Endo. Must
be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals. Number of ORs: 3
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days The Independence Difference:
