Pay Information $2,647 per week About The Position Job Title: LDRP Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 4 Years in LDRP License: Valid State License Preferred Certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN Must-Have: NRP Fetal Monitoring BLS Triage Experience Baby Nurse/Transition Experience Description: This position involves caring for low to moderate risk laboring patients, antepartum patients, and post-partum patients along with their newborns. The role includes triaging patients in dedicated triage rooms and providing medical screenings. Nurses will also circulate and recover from C-sections in private rooms and operating room suites. Candidates must be comfortable initiating NRP for low to moderate risk deliveries, including starting CPAP and positive pressure ventilation until additional help arrives. Key responsibilities include IV starts, triage duties, and circulation. Staffing ratios for day shifts are 1:1 to 1:3, while night shifts follow the same patient ratio guidelines.
