Physical Therapy Assistant- Home Health at Providence Non-RN -
Oregon summary: The Physical Therapy Assistant provides skilled
therapeutic care under the supervision of a physical therapist to
patients in their homes, supporting individualized treatment for
various diagnoses and disabilities. This part-time role offers the
flexibility to work in home health settings, promoting patient
independence while benefiting from competitive pay and

in physical therapy assistance and relevant state licensure,
focusing on patient-centered rehabilitation services in Oregon and
Washington. Description Physical Therapy Assistant- Providence Home
Services- Oregon Schedule: Part Time/ Days/ 32 hours a week
Supports Canby and Wilsonville Under the supervision of a physical
therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients
with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into
account individual patients special physical or age-related needs.
Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as
professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client
independence in accordance with individual's functional level and

Degree in Physical Therapy, from an accredited program. Within 30
days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License. Upon hire:
Washington Physical Therapist Assistant License - if practicing
