Salem Health is seeking a dedicated Urologist to join our team in
Salem, Oregon. As part of our healthcare system, you will work
collaboratively with a team of physicians, advanced practice
providers, and other healthcare professionals in inpatient,
outpatient, and surgical settings. Total Rewards and Benefits:
Competitive salary with a productivity-based compensation model.
Base salary starting at $545,972 with uncapped earning potential.
Generous hiring incentives, including a $50,000 start bonus,
relocation assistance up to $27,000, and Student Loan Repayment
Program up to $100,000 paid over 5 years. CME annual stipend with
dedicated time off. Paid time off and comprehensive benefits.
Retirement plan with employer contributions. Eligible for public
