Job Description:
The Surgical Technician, Labor and Delivery I, is a vital team
member supporting surgical and patient care activities under
supervision of surgeons or nurses.
Ensures a safe operating room environment, proper equipment
function, and safe operative procedures to maximize patient
safety.
Assists with patient triage, instrument care, and operating room
breakdown in the Labor and Delivery area.

Must be a Certified Surgical Technologist within 12 months of hire
or program completion, with a graduate or associate's degree in
Surgical Technology, or military surgical tech experience.
Requires 3 years of clinical surgical technician experience. The
