Formulate individualized education plans (IEPs) and recommend targeted interventions.Provide Therapeutic Support: Deliver individual and group counseling to students, addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges. Aid students in developing coping mechanisms and enhancing their overall well-being.Collaborate with School Community: Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to foster a supportive and conducive educational environment. Offer expert advice on classroom management, behavioral strategies, and methods to boost student engagement and learning.Design and Implement Programs: Develop initiatives aimed at promoting positive mental health, preventing bullying, and tackling issues like substance abuse.
