Providence Women's Program is seeking a full-time, board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician with an interest in leadership to join an exciting new clinic location in Hillsboro, Oregon. Providence Women's Clinic - Reed's Crossing is within an innovative health and wellness center in the heart of a new community. This location has co-located postpartum lactation services and is a part of the broader Providence Women's Specialty practices - a growing and well-established group of women's health providers in the Portland, Oregon area. Responsibilities will include prenatal care, gynecologic surgeries and on-call responsibilities at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center campus with Obstetrician Hospitalist back-up. Join a collaborative practice with support from both hospital-based Certified Nurse Midwives and Nurse Practitioners, with an emphasis on empathetic, patient-centered care. • Full-time at 1.0 FTE
• Call is typically 1:10 nights with mixture of 12 and 24 hour coverage
• Typical schedule is 3 clinic and/or surgical days plus one or two 12 hour call shifts weekly (including weekends).
• Practice balance between Obstetrics and Gynecology, approx. 60/40 split
• Ideal candidates will have an interest in leadership, committee participation and/or quality improvement projects
