This position will serve as a Clinical Associate providing clinical care within the Womens Center located in Astoria, Oregon and Clinic located in Seaside, Oregon. Clinical Associates are fully embedded physician and advanced practice provider members of the Practice who deliver care at affiliated settings and devote 100 percent of their time to patient care.

We invite you to join our experienced team of certified nurse mid-wives and OB-GYN physicians to practice rural medicine and take care of patients who appreciate access to quality womens healthcare. Our Womens Center clinic and Family Birthing Center offers a beautiful work environment where you will be able to provide gynecological health services, prenatal and postnatal care. Hospital responsibilities and deliveries are shared equally among the group and teaching opportunities are available in collaboration with local medical schools.

Function/Duties of Position

Clinical:
Provide outpatient services at two (2) CMH clinics: CMH Womens Center and Seaside Clinic
Clinic schedule: up to three (3) days per week
Call schedule: Up to seven (7) days of call per month
Required participation in Maternal Child Health Committee

Administration:
Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and your areas of expertise and interest.
Four (4) hours of administrative time are allotted each week.

Education:
Masters of Nursing

Experience:
Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.
Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.
