administrative services to support a President. Perform complex and
confidential administrative assignments. Implement and support
business objectives, strategies, and plans. Compile and analyze
data, and prepare reports/recommendations for action by the
executive team. Administer or coordinate projects and/or processes
to assist in achievement of corporate goals and objectives. Serve
as administrative liaison within and outside the company regarding
issues related to business operations. May assist in budget
tracking and control activities. May provide supervision to other
clerical/administrative positions. Responsibilities--- Provide a
wide variety of high-level administrative support by conducting
research, analyzing data, preparing statistical reports, handling
information requests, and performing clerical functions with
minimal executive direction.--- Manage and maintain the executive's
schedule to ensure proper meeting and event coordination, including
preparation of supporting materials, meeting arrangements and
coordination with key participants.--- Arrange travel, prepare
detailed itineraries, and coordinate special events.--- Review and
edit reports, documents, speeches and presentations to ensure
accuracy and professional appearance. Coordinate with
communications department regarding executive talking points,
speeches and presentations; provide final product review.---
Monitor the executive's email to ensure timely response to urgent
issues as they arise, and respond on his/her behalf as needed.---
Prioritize incoming memos, submissions and reports based on level
of importance and urgency.--- Prepare and distribute reports,
presentations, memos, letters, financial statements and other
documents as needed.--- Assist in budget tracking and control
activities.--- Serve as an administrative liaison within and
outside the company regarding issues related to business
operations.--- Prepare president's expense reports, and track
company spending against budget.--- If applicable, will coach and
develop direct-report employees and review/evaluate
performance.Requirements--- Associates Degree in Business
Administration or a related field; or the equivalent combination of
education and experience.--- A minimum of five years of related
experience providing high-level administrative support.--- Ability
to multi-task in an environment of competing priorities and
frequent interruptions.--- Solid ability to take initiative and
perform assignments with minimal executive direction.--- Ability to
understand and quickly prioritize complex issues.--- Strong writing
skills to compose and prepare executive reports, documents, and
presentations.--- Excellent organization and planning skills,
customer service orientation, and attention to detail.---
Leadership and teamwork skills to provide input into policy
decisions and to mobilize resources to produce desired business
results.--- Superior communication and interpersonal skills to
carefully interact with political, executive and managerial
parties. Ability to manage and motivate employees using oral and
written communication to convey objectives and action plans.---
Proficient with the use of personal computers including
spreadsheet, word processing, database and presentation
