Brand: Spirit HalloweenPosition: Assistant Store ManagerThe Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include assisting with overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability, establishing and maintaining guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control.Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old
Flexible schedule
Prior retail management experiencePhysical Demands:
- Standing and walking for 8+ hours
- Climbing ladders and setting up fixtures
- Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
