Intel delivers leading connectivity products and has significant market presence in PC and other platforms. Establishing a Software and SaaS (Software as a Service) business is the next big opportunity at Intel and specifically in the connectivity business units. The Connectivity Software and Services Team (part of the wireless business unit) is delivering better connectivity experiences via Software and SaaS offerings and is already delivering meaningful revenue via these initiatives. The group focuses on improving end user experience by developing client applications and cloud services. We leverage data analytics and connectivity know how to build service offerings that add value across the ecosystem.


In this position the successful candidate will help to:


Define and implement Software and SaaS product offerings for Intel's connectivity business.

Work closely with Intel engineering, PC OEM's, independent software vendors, and service providers.

Work with Intel sales and marketing org to scale SaaS offering.

Look for partnership opportunities across Intel that will help us accelerate our SW/SaaS strategy and work with the broader organization to ensure connectivity offerings play a key role in analytics, predictive health, machine learning, etc.

Participate in evaluation and creation of business models and legal strategies to deliver a sustainable SW/SaaS strategy. Work with the broader org to architect an appropriate software delivery model.

Assist with inorganic connectivity initiatives. Evaluate markets, companies and create partnership opportunities, that will help rapidly grow the connectivity business at Intel.


Qualifications


You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates


Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Science or any STEM related degree with 8+ years of Product Marketing experience


5+ years of Software-as-a-Service related experience


Preferred Qualifications:


MBA preferred


Experience in wireless technologies


Experience in work environment of creating new businesses and working models

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $136,750.00-$232,630.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
