OverviewUnder the supervision of Executive of Operations-Installation, Senior Manager-Operations holds responsibility for strategic and operational planning and management of all aspects, including staff, contracts and budgets and for overseeing a number of projects.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Direct and Manage installation activities concerned with the project, pricing, and delivery of Daifuku products.
• Establish and implement policies, procedures and practices of the Installation Group.
• Assign and manage employees work schedule and specific duties based on the project and determine staffing needs.
• Plan the delivery of the overall projects and activities in accordance with the deadline and customer expectations/needs.
• Develop a project evaluation to assess the strengths of the project and to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor all the projects to ensure efficiency and effectivity while staying within budgetary limits.
• Work with the Sales Department to develop project budgets and installation plans to achieve profit target.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and address performance concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist and coach Project Managers / Site Managers.
• Communicate and advise Executive of Operations - Installation or Vice President with any issues or concerns.
• Address any employee discipline or grievance issues and maintain appropriate records in accordance with company procedures. -QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & ABILITIES Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Possess strong oral and written communication kills Ability to manage project team, budgets and schedule Must be flexible and adaptive to the changes Must be able to identify problems and come up with solutions Must be able to work under pressure of customer and complete tasks under tight time frame Required to follow and understand work rules, procedures and safety guidelines Required to travel as often needed (Domestic and International) Must enforce customers safety and cleanliness policies to maintain a safe and clean work - - - -environment Must be highly motivated to coordinate resources toward successful completion of projects -Knowledge Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical knowledge Robotics Drawing reading and understanding of schematics Rigging SafetyComputer Skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Project) Windows OS -Experience Minimum 5 - 10 years of project managing experiences Previous semiconductor experiences (preferred) Working with diversity Project Planning -LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required for the position. -All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
