The Opportunity:
Information Security is baked in to what we do at Fisher Investments, protecting our clients, employees and the company. The Information Security Program Manager will join a growing company and integrate into the current transformation of technologies, processes and global expansion. You will work with Business departments and partners to help them reach goals, manage projects, better understand security risk to make informed decisions, and advise on security risk for new technology programs. The Program Manager reports to the V.P. of Information Security and works directly with the Business departments as an embedded consultant. You will also develop and implement security risk practices following Fisher Investments digital asset security risk management goals.
The Day-to-Day:

• Develop an understanding of department goals, systems, technologies, data and partners
• Engage as a member of their technical management team to manage security priorities, concerns and risks as new technologies are developed and deployed
• Interpret and help implement security and technology procedures specific to the department you support
• Integrate security control requirements into SaaS and PaaS technology projects
• Coordinate triage of and response to vulnerability information
• Disseminate security assessment and project information regularly to firm staff and management as appropriate
• Provide insight on new security issues and guidance to manage potential impact to teams
• Work with the business, Information Security, Technology, and Data Privacy experts to determine and implement appropriate levels of risk controls
• Align with important partners on risk-based strategies while building roadmaps to mature security compliance of the business organization
• Promote the Fisher Investments security program with the departments
• Build security into the departments goals and procedures
• Be an escalation path for security issues, concerns and inquiriesYour Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in information technology or information security for a medium sized financial services firm
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or Information Security or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of information technology and information security frameworks (NIST, ISO, COBIT)
  • Knowledge of technology requirements in relation to regulatory and privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Experience with Data Encryption, DLP, Identity Management, Authentication technologies, Log analysis, Vulnerability assessments
  • Experience in Change Management, Configuration Management and Disaster Recovery
  • Project or Program management in business facing SaaS services such as SalesForce, M365, Atlasian
  • Experience managing IT and SaaS security controls and infrastructure is required
  • Working knowledge of cloud computing environments including Azure
  • Experience working in an Agile project management environment
  • Ability to translate complex technical language or requirements to a non-technical audience
  • Experience assessing risk, implementing controls and managing projects in a cloud-based enterprise environment
  • Experience managing third party technical and security assessments
  • Ability to balance and explain risk in ambiguous and complex scenarios
