Job Title: Project Manager Location: 4625 NE Brookwood Parkway, Hillsboro, OR Duration: 6-month contract (extension or conversion possible) Pay Rate: $40.18 $79.38/hr (W2) Benefits: Weekly pay Medical, Dental, Vision Schedule: Onsite, Day Shift (8:00 AM 4:30 PM) Position Overview The Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of internal projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, proactive project coordination, and the ability to manage project scope, budget, and scheduling requirements. A major focus of this position will be on Fill/Finish operations including component prep, formulation, and aseptic processes. You will help drive both reliability improvements to existing equipment/processes and implementation of new strategic capabilities. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution Lead and manage site portfolio projects, ensuring accurate scope, resource planning, timelines, and budgets. Maintain strong oversight of project health; identify risks, adjust plans, and ensure projects stay within scope, cost, and schedule. Support development and adherence to project management best practices for a diverse project portfolio (CAPEX, sustainability, innovation, refurbishment, etc.). Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with onsite functional teams and partners across Pharma Technical (PT) Operations, Global MSAT, Pharma Technical Strategy, and Roche Corporate groups to ensure alignment and timely project delivery. Act as a project consultant for internal needs assessments and vendor RFPs; may support development of internal tools/products. Facilitate and lead strategic workshops, assessments, meetings, and cross-functional activities. Operational Focus Provide strong project management leadership for Fill/Finish and aseptic operations. Contribute to strengthening site readiness for future technical and operational expansion. Support other manufacturing areas as needed in a project management capacity. Communication & Team Engagement Use strong communication and team-building skills to foster collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Provide guidance to team members, ensuring clear expectations, deliverables, and progress tracking. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree (Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or related field). 5 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with demonstrated project/portfolio management success. Strong understanding of GMP environments and execution of cross-functional projects of varying complexity. Proven ability in project scoping, planning, stakeholder management, and delivery. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree or Project Management certification (PMI, PMP, etc.). Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Broad knowledge of core engineering principles and operational needs within manufacturing environments. Experience working in FDA-regulated, clean room, hospital, or aseptic settings. TMN
