Seeking direct hire Jr Preventative Maintenance Mechanic Manager
(Union Plant, Predictive Maintenance) for a Global Billion Dollar
Leader in the Food & Beverage industry in Portland Oregon. Salary
85k-100k Local Area only 2 Positions open Seeking Talented
Preventive Maintenance Mechanic Junior Manager to oversee asset
reliability and maintenance operations at the Portland Bakery.
Support for recruitment of mechanics and oversees the interviews
and offers to mechanics. Act as the primary liaison for
union-related issues, fostering strong labor relations. Create the
shutdown schedules and scopes of work for PM activity windows and
shutdown weekends. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering 3 years of experience as a Maintenance lead in
manufacturing environment is required. Proven experience in project
management and operational leadership Computer proficiency (MS
Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with a
Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Systems,
Applications and Products (SAP) and Scheduling systems (Kronos).
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm with ability to work overtime
and weekends as needed. May be required to work different shifts in
addition to being on call for consultation during other shifts.
