**Job Description****This is an entry level position and compensation will be given accordingly.**Advanced Far Back End processing and packaging technologies is one of Intel's key growth areas and there are a lot of exciting growth opportunities available in the Oregon Assembly Technology Integration (OATI) department.Specifically OATI FBE organization supports Intel's key upcoming technologies, such as Foveros, EMIB, Omni Directional Interconnects (ODI) and Foveros direct (also known as Hybrid bonding).FBE OATI Engineer is responsible driving the technology development in the respective areas including Bumping and RDL process development.It is an exciting opportunity to enable Intel's roadmap with best in class technology offerings.The candidate is expected to:-Lead the focus teams to develop technology.-Lead Task Forces and working groups to solve integrated problems.-Demonstrate communication and presentation skills.-Demonstrate leadership skills and willingness to work with teams spread across different geographies and organizations.-Role model ONE INTEL culture.-Demonstrate fast learning skills to understand new concepts related to diverse fields and apply them on the job to solve complex problems.**Qualifications****You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.****Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.****Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Candidate must possess a Master's Degree with 6+ months of experience and/or PhD Degree with 1+ years of experience in an Engineering or Sciences discipline such as Chemical, Mechanical, Material Science, Electrical, physics or any other related field.**Preferred Qualifications:**+ 3+ years of experience in the following:-SI processing.-Characterization techniques such as CSAM, Xray, XPS, FTIR, SEM, TEM,EDX, DMA.**Must have the required degree or expect the required degree by Sep'2022.****Inside this Business Group**As the world's largest chip manufacturer, Intel strives to make every facet of semiconductor manufacturing state-of-the-art -- from semiconductor process development and manufacturing, through yield improvement to packaging, final test and optimization, and world class Supply Chain and facilities support.
