    It's an exciting time to join Intel's discrete graphics team as we are about to launch the first new dGPU market entrant in nearly 20 years. Come be a part of the team that will drive the ramp and momentum for Intel's first discrete graphics product line. We are looking for someone to provide top-notch support and org success. You should be passionate about technology and excited to work with a wide network of Intel partners to deliver on our dGPU promise.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Demonstrate strong executive calendar management responding quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines
    • Make extensive travel arrangements (domestic and international) and prepares expense reports
    • Provide support for departmental events, quarterly events, and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization, events, face to face meetings, etc
    • Exercise diplomacy, tact, and judgment in interacting with a wide range of constituents at varying levels of an organization including staff at all levels and administrative staff
    • Keep abreast of all organizational changes and business developments and maintains in-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
    • Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the department/division such as maintaining divisional organizational charts, and divisional logistics needs
    • Work closely with senior and executive administrative staff, demonstrates strong verbal/written communication skills and works well on a team
    • Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and uses discretion and judgment to ensure applicable private/proprietary business information, data, transactions, and correspondence maintain confidentiality and sound judgement
    • Receive, interpret, and evaluate the level of significance of information requests, take appropriate responsive action, and determine when the executive or other staff should be notified or involved. In the executive's absence, ensure that requests for action or information are distributed to the appropriate staff member
    • Anticipate the business needs of the leadership team/admin team, proactively formulating and evaluate solutions and/or recommendations to facilitate meeting deadlines and achieving goals
    • Assist in resolving administrative needs for improvement/problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions working closely with management and human resources. - Interprets program guidelines, practices, and requirements to perform specialized administrative support functionsThe ideal candidate should have the following behavioral traits:
      • Strong project management, problem solving skills, excellent organizational and impeccable multitasking skills with attention to detail and strong follow-through to meet deadlines
      • Extremely flexible; adaptable to an evolving fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, manages assigned tasks/projects with the skills to reassess and prioritize deadlines for upcoming commitments and responsibilities
      • Takes initiative, applies analysis and reason to problem solving skills

      • Strong attention to detail with the skills to prioritize, multi-task and flex
      • Professional skilled to manage sensitive, confidential information discretely
      • Skills to handle multiple (and sometimes competing) priorities

        Minimum Qualifications ***This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.*** Candidate must have an Associates degree and 7+ years of administrative experience in/with:
        • Microsoft 365 and all Microsoft tools (SharePoint, MS Teams, Excel and PowerPoint)
        • Coordinating complex meeting/event logistics that may involve several cross-functional and global teams
        • Calendar management
        • Travel itineraries and purchasing
        • Event and project planning
          Preferred QualificationsA Bachelor's degreeExperience with:
          • Building and maintaining Sharepoint team sites

            $57,250.00-$85,870.00 (Hourly Role)
