active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity exists for a
Physical Therapist to support K-12 students within a public school
setting in Oakland, OR. This contract role spans the 2023-2027
school years, concluding in June 2027, with a commitment of 37.5
hours per week. Responsibilities: - Provide physical therapy
services tailored to the developmental and educational needs of
K-12 students. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and other
professionals to develop individualized treatment plans. - Assess
student progress and adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with school
policies and regulatory standards. - Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings to support comprehensive student
care. Qualifications: - Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist. -
Experience working within a school-based setting preferred. -
Strong knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles. -
Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and
school personnel. - Commitment to supporting diverse student
