Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A School
Psychologist is needed for a contract position serving two
elementary schools in the Portland, OR area from December 1 through
March 31, with the possibility of extension. This role involves
in-person work during typical school hours but offers flexibility
for creating your own schedule within the 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
timeframe. The position is ideal for K-12 school psychologists
experienced in conducting assessments and supporting behavioral
interventions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior
Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs Perform Initial
Evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services
Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) to promote
positive student outcomes Collaborate with school staff to support
student success and well-being Manage workload across two
elementary school sites while maintaining communication with
educational teams Desired Qualifications and Experience: Valid
state certification and licensure as a School Psychologist
Experience working with K-12 students in school settings
Proficiency in conducting FBAs, evaluations, and behavior plan
development Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to
manage multiple sites and teams Ability to work independently and
adapt scheduling to meet school needs Location: Portland, OR area
