Complete a one-week basic management
courseHire, train, and develop a team of entry-level marketing
representativesTransport team to local neighborhoods to schedule
appointments (leads) door-to-doorMaintain a monthly team production
of at least 100 issued leadsMaintain a team minimum of $100,000 in
net sales per monthMUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE A MOTOR
VEHICLECompensation - Base Hourly Rate plus UNCAPPED Bonus
Base: $25.00/hourDaily Bonus: $75.00
for two issued leads$50.00 per issued lead for leads 3-4 $75.00 per
issued lead after 5 issued leadsMonthly Bonus:$2000 after $240,000
in net team sales$3000 after $440,000 in net team sales$5000 after
$640,000 in net team salesMinimum $750 monthly bonus for 100 net
issued leadsAverage first-year earnings of $60,00 - $80,000, top
performers earn over $100kBenefits:Employees and their families are

our company's 401k plan. Each DaBella Employee receives 80 hours of
Paid Time Off annually, and 6 paid holidays during a calendar year.
