About the Role - Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth adoption and reduced headquarter deposit volume - Ensure secure handling and deposit of cash dropped at headquarter - Conduct regular follow-ups on outstanding collections issues. - Maintain organized tracking of internal collection activities to ensure timely resolution. - Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure proper controls of process, accelerate job progress and reduce delays. - Manage AP/AR reconciliation, including processing change orders, customer service credits, and agreement cancelations Key Qualifications - Three (3) to five (5) years in financial operations, collections, or administrative support - Prior experience with cash handling and deposit security protocols - Experience coordinating with branch or field teams - Ability to work with detail, and good organizational skills - Must fully understand customer service and have a proven track record of exceeding corporate customer satisfaction standard About Renuity Renuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, is a leading home improvement services business with a rapidly expanding national footprint.
