The WholesaleAccount Exective - Home Equity sells third-party loans
through the active promotion of the credit union and its products
and services. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you
need to be successful:Job Duties:Perform relationship building
focused activities such as reaching out to other Credit Unions
andWholesale and Correspondent companies to assess their HELOC
needsWork with MI Partners for introductions to potential
clientsAttend industry related meetings/conferences for
networkingBuild relationships with internal FTFCU business partners
such as assigned branch staff,underwriters,etc. for the purpose of
strengthening interdepartmental relationships and attracting new
clientsAchieve high cross-sell volumes, low point of sales returns
and specific volume run rate over 12 monthsMaintain up-to-date
product and procedure knowledge and consult with clients to ensure
real estate products meet individual client needsAct as primary
contact for clients during the entire loan process, obtaining
required documentation including financial information to evaluate
loan applications and their risk, providing ongoing client
updatesWork directly with clients to review agreements, explain
loan programs, and negotiate mortgage loan termsMaintain compliance
within federal, state and credit union rules and
regulationsEssential Skills:Minimum 3 years' experience in mortgage
lendingProven skills and commitment in meeting or exceeding client
expectations and requirementsAbility to foster strong relationships
with internal and external stakeholders.Able to articulate complex
concepts while tailoring the message to different audiences
including clients, member support team, and senior
leadership.Proven ability to professionally handle sensitive
documentsDemonstrated effective time management skills and the
ability to work independently or in a collaborative team
environment.Ability to prioritize files in a fast-paced environment
with tight deadlines and high-volume peaks while producing
high-quality work.Minimum Education:Bachelor's Degree
preferredCertification/License:NMLS registrationLocation: Remote
opportunity available in Oregon, California, Washington or Florida
(MUST reside in the state of OR, WA, CA or FL)Target Compensation
Range: $185,000 - $230,000 (This range reflects reasonable earnings
potential which includes base salary and incentive pay)Benefits
