Job Description:
must know Quickbooks, and work with my CPA in preparing annual
Taxes, Know expense items in Real Estate that can be expensed or
depreciated. I have one S corp, one LLC and then Personnal
accounts. don't need financials, only when asked for by my banker
when we are purchasing, need to produce year to date finanancial
statement using Q-books. I expect to pay extra for your services
when the financial statement is required by my banker. Primarly
your duties will be to prepare the books for my CPA to prepare the
