Job Description:
**Job Description**Responsibilities include but not limited to:+
Strong calendar management, with shifting priorities and deadlines,
booking complex domestic/international travel, managing travel
details such as visas, welcome letters and managing expenses.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.+ Support office
administration with associated tasks (ordering office supplies,
food orders, onsite needs).+ Assist in coordinating activities
across the organization, events, conferences, F2Fs, etc: plans and
organizes meetings and offsites, prepares agendas and coordinates
all logistics+ Coordinate activities to ensure department goals are
met, effectively mentoring and integrating new admins and ensuring
all admins understand department procedures and expectations.+
Receives, interprets, and evaluates the level of significance of
information requests takes appropriate responsive action and
determines when the executive or other staff should be notified or
involved+ Manages multiple priorities and reprioritizes where
necessary+ Manage sensitive and confidential information
discreetly+ Additional duties include managing tactical projects,
general administrative duties such as order supplies, CR
coordination, generating shipping memo, etc.The ideal candidate
would have the following behavioral skills:+ Able to quickly and
accurately assess the importance of a phone call, email, or
document and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate
parties.+ Demonstrates strong accuracy and attention to detail
while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the
department/division such as maintaining divisional organizational
charts, phone distribution lists and divisional logistics needs+
Strong capability working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools,
purchasing and finance systems.+ Works professionally with other
Senior and Executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate
planning needs.+ Excellent organizational and impeccable
multitasking abilities with attention to detail and strong follow
through to meet deadlines+ Problem solving skills+ Extremely
flexible, adaptable to an evolving fast pace environment, and works
well under pressure manages assigned tasks projects with the skills
to reassess and prioritize deadlines for upcoming commitments and
responsibilities+ Strong customer orientation and teaming skills+
Strong communication skills+ Sound judgment and decision making to
resolve complex problems+ Self-motivated to meet deadlines
independently+ Strong understanding and experience in booking
domestic and international travel+ Understands department goals and
priorities anticipates needs and initiate's
action**Qualifications**You must possess the below minimum
qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum
requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top
candidates.Minimum Qualifications:High School/Equivalent.5+ years
of related administrative experience or equivalent
